Bulk Shipping & Logistics Policy
This policy applies to all wholesale and bulk orders placed through Krossview. We are committed to transparent, reliable, and cost-effective logistics for our global retail partners.
Order Thresholds & Shipping Tiers
Shipping rates and methods are determined by order volume and destination. The following tiers apply:
- Sample Orders (1–9 units): Shipped via express courier (DHL / FedEx / YunExpress). Estimated delivery: 5–12 business days internationally.
- Small Bulk Orders (10–99 units): Shipped via standard express or economy air freight. Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days.
- Medium Bulk Orders (100–499 units): Shipped via air freight or sea freight (LCL). Estimated delivery: 10–25 business days depending on destination.
- Large Bulk / VIP Orders (500+ units): Dedicated logistics coordination via our VIP Concierge team. Sea freight (FCL) or air freight available. Custom timelines negotiated per order.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, volume, and destination country. For large bulk or VIP orders, a custom freight quote will be provided by our logistics team within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.
All quoted shipping costs are ex-works (EXW) Shanwei, Guangdong unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Lead Times & Processing
- In-stock items: Dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation.
- Made-to-order / OEM items: Production lead time of 15–45 business days depending on complexity and quantity. Timeline confirmed at order placement.
- Private label / custom packaging: Additional 7–14 business days for packaging production.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
All international shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our quoted prices or shipping fees.
We declare all shipments accurately in compliance with international trade regulations. We do not under-declare values or misclassify goods.
Tracking & Visibility
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. For freight shipments, a Bill of Lading (B/L) or Air Waybill (AWB) will be shared upon departure.
VIP Concierge clients receive dedicated shipment tracking support through their assigned account manager.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
In the event of damage or loss during transit, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost shipments). We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or credit as appropriate.
We strongly recommend purchasing cargo insurance for bulk orders. Insurance can be arranged upon request.
Returns & Refusals
Refused or unclaimed shipments that are returned to us will incur return freight costs deducted from any applicable refund. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at the time of order.
